Terms of Use

By creating an account, accessing or using any service of the O Mundo Astral platform ("Platform", "we" or "our"), available at omundoastral.com, you ("User") confirm that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with any provision, stop using the Platform immediately. Users under 18 may only use the Platform with the express permission of their parents or legal guardians.

O Mundo Astral is a digital entertainment and self-knowledge platform that offers, through artificial intelligence, Tarot, Birth Chart, Numerology, Zodiac, Compatibility readings and the other features available on the Platform.

Important: All content generated by the Platform is intended solely for recreational, philosophical and entertainment purposes. It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other professional advice. You should not make important decisions based solely on information provided by the Platform. O Mundo Astral is not responsible for any decisions, damages or losses arising from the use of the readings.

To use the Platform's services, you must create an account with true, accurate and up-to-date information.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Creating multiple accounts to get around the limits of the free plan is prohibited.
• O Mundo Astral reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
• In case of unauthorized access, notify us immediately at omundoastralcontato@gmail.com.

The Platform offers paid plans with credits that unlock the AI features. When you purchase a paid plan:

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified platform. O Mundo Astral does not store card details.
• Subscription plans renew automatically for the contracted period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• Credits are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Unused credits expire at the end of the plan period, with no right to a refund of the unused balance.
• Accounts suspended or closed for misuse of content forfeit any unused credits, paid or not, as set out in section 6.1.
• Refund policy: Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 calendar days of contacting support. Once you have started using the credits for the current period, no pro-rata refund is given. Full refunds are granted only for proven incorrect charges.

All Platform assets are protected by Brazilian intellectual property law (Law No. 9,610/1998 — Copyright Law) and international treaties, and are the exclusive property of O Mundo Astral or duly licensed. This includes, without limitation:

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, spiders or any automated method to extract data, content or images;
• Attempt to access systems, APIs or data beyond what the official interface allows;
• Circumvent security, authentication or usage-limit mechanisms;
• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others;
• Share access to your account with others or resell credits;
• Reproduce, redistribute or sell any copyrighted content from the Platform;
• Post defamatory, discriminatory or obscene content, or content that incites violence;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the software.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension or deletion of the account, with no right to a refund, in addition to any applicable civil and criminal liability.

O Mundo Astral will make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates and technical interruptions may occur with or without prior notice.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, discontinue or remove features at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the Platform at least 30 days in advance.

Certain content generated by the Platform (such as daily tips and messages, daily forecasts and daily numerology) is kept for limited periods and deleted automatically afterwards — retention periods are detailed in our Privacy Policy. Tarot readings and Ancestral Knowledge conversations have no automatic deletion period and remain available for as long as the account exists.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The date of the last update will always be shown at the top of the document. Continuing to use the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, O Mundo Astral shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform;
• Decisions you make based on AI-generated content;
• Loss of data, service interruptions or technical failures;
• Conduct of third parties who illegally access your account due to your negligence.

The total liability of O Mundo Astral, in any event, is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months of subscription.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by emailing omundoastralcontato@gmail.com. After closure, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Remaining credits are non-refundable unless expressly provided otherwise by contract.

Accounts closed by O Mundo Astral for violating these Terms — including the misuse of content described in section 6.1 — are not entitled to a refund of remaining credits, even if they were paid for.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Braga, Portugal are chosen to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other, however privileged, except where Brazilian consumer protection law requires a different forum in favor of the User.
